Rudy Ruttimann
Founding Director
Rudy, a queer leader, wife, and mother of four, is driven by a relentless vision for justice.
As a co-founder of SKETCH Working Arts, she amplifies the intersection of arts, culture, and social change, creating spaces that foster creativity and drive systemic transformation. With more than two decades of leadership experience, Rudy is a powerhouse of social change.
At FLIP, Rudy isn’t just envisioning change—she’s making it happen.
Myia Davar
Managing Director
Myia, a mixed-race queer settler with South Asian (Goan and Parsi) and white British roots navigates the intersections of health, education, and economic empowerment as a collaborative strategist and systems thinker.
With 20 years of experience spanning community health, youth development, and social innovation, Myia challenges stakeholders to redefine what’s possible, driving a paradigm change through innovative processes.
Our way forward
Our Clusters bring together individuals with skills, knowledge, and professional and lived experience to co-design FLIP. Clusters are spaces of interaction to unlearn behaviours of dominant systems and to learn new creative pathways of transformation.
FLIP has two clusters: Governance and Just Economy.
