Rudy Ruttimann

Founding Director

Rudy, a queer leader, wife, and mother of four, is driven by a relentless vision for justice.

As a co-founder of SKETCH Working Arts, she amplifies the intersection of arts, culture, and social change, creating spaces that foster creativity and drive systemic transformation. With more than two decades of leadership experience, Rudy is a powerhouse of social change.

At FLIP, Rudy isn’t just envisioning change—she’s making it happen.

Myia Davar

Managing Director

Myia, a mixed-race queer settler with South Asian (Goan and Parsi) and white British roots navigates the intersections of health, education, and economic empowerment as a collaborative strategist and systems thinker.

With 20 years of experience spanning community health, youth development, and social innovation, Myia challenges stakeholders to redefine what’s possible, driving a paradigm change through innovative processes.

Karibú Ramos

Culture Strategist & Lead Facilitator

Karibú is a culture strategist, facilitator, organizer, and nonprofit leader working at the intersections of leadership, organizational culture, philanthropy, and systems change.

Their work is rooted in creating the right conditions for people and communities to move from the margins of decision-making toward greater power, agency, and self-determination. Across nonprofit, philanthropic, arts and cultural spaces, they’ve worked as an Executive Director, facilitator, program designer, mediator, fundraiser, and bridge-builder.

At the heart of their work is a belief that meaningful change is relational. They’re interested in how we build the relationships, infrastructure, resources, and collective capacity needed not only to imagine different futures, but to sustain them.
