The purpose of Clusters (groupings of individuals based on skills & knowledges, to advise on the design and development of the FLIP Foundation) is to bring lived and professional experience, and knowledges of existing and beyond dominant systems, into a 5 year design and plan for the FLIP Foundation. 

The Clusters are spaces of interaction and learning/un-learning because of those systems, and creating a brave space to do that.
